FAQ for Tao Calligraphies
When will my calligraphy ship?
Our distribution centers ship all orders within 2 business days of receipt of the order.
Shipping is taking longer than the shipping service quote.
The service level from our shipping partners is guaranteed from the time that our distribution centers fulfill your order.
My package has arrived damaged
Please submit a Customer Service inquiry including the order number and pictures of the packaging as well as the damaged products. The warehouse team will connect with you to arrange for another shipment.
I picked up my order but received an email notification stating that my order was shipped.
This isa standard communication when the orders are closed.
Why am I being asked to pay more fees from the shipping carrier?
These fees are import charges placed on all products coming into your country. This may include import processing, package x-rays, duties, taxes and tariffs.
Cost of Import fees
The cost of any applicable fees is determined by the country into which the products are being imported. These charges are based on local taxes and standard import fees and are not related to the shipping courier or Tao Calligraphy Ltd.
Refusal of payment of import fees
If the applicable fees are refused, the shipment will be returned to us. Tao Calligraphy Ltd. will be responsible for the return import fees and return shipping costs. These amounts, together with a 10% restocking fee and your initial shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Restocking fee
Orders returned to Tao Calligraphy Ltd. for reasons not related to shipping errors on our part are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The colour of my frame is different
Variations in frame colour can occur as a result of differences between manufacturing lot numbers
I would like to purchase additional frames so that all the frames in my home match.

Refund process
Refunds will be handled through customer service inquiries. All claims will be reviewed and validated by our warehouse team, after which the outcome will be communicated to you. Tao Calligraphy Ltd. will then process the refund. Please note that this investigation may take4–6weeks to complete depending on the situation.

I didn’t receive hooks attached to the calligraphy to hang.
Submit a Customer Service inquiry and we will have a set of picture hangers sent to you. Or you can pick some up at a local framing company.
Can I order without the frame?
Yes, please submit a customer service inquiry and they will process a manual order. The price of the calligraphy remains the same with or without the frame.
